Travel to Namaqualand between August and October and you can expect to see the otherwise arid landscape transform into a bright carpet of blossoming spring flowers. The spectacle does depend on weather conditions, but following the winter rains, the dusty desert becomes a sea of colour and scent !! this is on my bucket list of the many things i want to do gotta get there asap xx
